Our Signature Relaxation massage is specifically tailored to each individuals needs. The primary purpose is to help you relax and/or reduce your pain. Degrees of pressure can be used depending on your preference.

There are substantial health benefits to our signature relaxation massage, including calming the nervous system, promoting a sense of well-being, improving blood circulation and stimulating the body’s lymphatic system, which carries away waste products.

All of our relaxation and Spa massage sessions are priced reflecting our pay at time of service discount.
** All appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged $60. All no shows will be billed full price of session.

PREPARING FOR YOUR MASSAGE

Drink water before your treatment. Water will hydrate your muscles and allow you to get the most out of your massage. Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing. Your therapist will meet with your therapist to go over your health history form

This allows us to tailor your massage to your needs. When entering your treatment room, you will notice soothing music and dimmed lighting for your comfort. You will have time to undress to the level of your comfort in privacy. We always knock before entering the treatment room.

PRIVACY

Our treatment rooms are private, dimly lit and have soothing background music. Before your massage, you’ll be asked to remove clothing to your level of comfort. The therapist will leave the room while you undress and remove any jewelry or other articles that might interfere with the massage. Take off only as much as you are comfortable removing. Then lie on the massage table, underneath the provided sheet and blanket. The therapist will always knock before entering.

DURING THE MASSAGE

You will always be safely covered by a warm sheet and blanket, and only the area being worked on will be exposed. We will check in with you to see how the pressure is for you, and we will not initiate a conversation, only if you engage in conversation. We encourage our clients to relax and enjoy the experience – silence is a chance for you to really relax and enjoy the full healing benefits of massage. A warm, moist towel will be given to you to freshen up after the massage.
