I have been practicing Massage Therapy since 2005. I am a graduate of Spectrum Center School of Massage, in Lake Stevens, WA. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, as well as being certified with the National board of Theapeutic Massage. Becoming a Massage Practitoner was one of the most important decisions I have made in my life. Massage has enabled me to fulfill my passion for healing people on all levels, emotional, spiritual, and physical. I believe that through the benefits of massage, people can achieve their full potential, if the desire, and drive is there. I am well trained in clinical/medical massage, which is the bulk of my practice. I am an intuitive person, therefore, I listen, and pay special attention to my client's complaints and concerns, which allows me to tailor the massage to fit their needs. I am also an accomplished artist/oil painter.

I grew up in the Marysville, Washington area. Through my interests in health and wellness, I quickly found massage therapy as my perfect job. I am now a certified massage practitioner. With over 800 hours of training, I have assisted in massage therapy education. My experience includes teaching techniques that incorporate body work, structural work, and other modalities. I am well versed in a variety of styles that can be adapted to fit your unique medical needs. I am a firm believer in prevention; I can provide expert advise to make your treatment most effective.
